Caudate nucleus, putamen, globus pallidus interna and externa, thalamus, sub thalamic nucleus and substantial nigra

Putamen and globus pallidus are called lentiform nucleus

From medial to lateral- third ventricle, thalamus, globus pallidus, putamen, caudate nucleus
