Fever, chills, headache, n/v, arthralgia
Rash 2 to 5 days after fever
Rash: petechiae starting on that start on the hands/palms and feet/soles, then wrists/arms/ankles that spreads to trunk
Treat with doxy
Prevent with deet and permetherin
