Project Charter
A condition or occurrence that might restrict, limit, or regulate the project. Generally outside the control of the project team.
Constraints
Circumstances and events that are expected to occur for the project to be successful. Outside the total control of the project team.
Assumptions
The Process of Defining, Preparing, and Coordinating all subsidiary plans and integrating them into the Project Management Plan.
