Spencer wells - corrugated tips, holds needle
Fickling’s forceps - rat toothed, holds needle and manipulates soft tissue, angled for harder to reach sites
Refurbish
Ronguers/Bone nibbler - clips off bits of bone
bone fill - “rasp”, files down bone, draw toward self
Irrigating syringe/needle - washes out bone debris under flap
Lacks retractor - can raise flap but more commonly for tongue retraction
Suturing
Kilners cheek retractor - fits into commissure to inc access
Toothed tissue forceps - rat toothed, prevents crushing of soft tissues
Scissors - cutting sutures and soft tissues, McIndoe & Iris
Needle holders - rachet shut on needle
