Limits and precautions
IA/CW x connection: where does the x connection exist between the IA and CW? What is the purpose?
X connection path exists between IA and CW through the Amertap dp instruments (CW-DPS-498A/B). ensure proper isolation is provided when depressurizing IA upstream of these instruments to prevent CW from backflowing into the IA system
When the control room selector switch for IA-P-1A/B is in START or Normal AFTER START position the what is bypassed and receiver safety valve will lift at what pressure?
The unloader solenoid is bypassed and receiver safety valve will lift at 120 psig.
Compressors should only be operated from where under emergency conditions?
