  • stated how they could remedy the breach (remove partitioning)
  • Negotiate on a Without Prejudice basis
  • If agreement not reached notified of ADR mechanism to resolve issue

Gave them certain amount of days to remove the partitioning

Assessed damage from grease traps

I subsequently found evidence that the wall above the stove had been damaged and reported this to my client
