Typical seizure is preceded by dizziness, headache & suffocating sensation in the chest, & immediately followed by falling down with loss of consciousness, pallor, clenched jaws, upward staring of the eyes, convulsion, foam on the lips, screaming as pigs or sheep & even incontinence of urine & feces; gradually patient regains consciousness & symptoms disappear
