When giving Methotrexate, you must give?
A
You would give folinic acid 24 hours after methotrexate administration because it reduces the adverse affects of mucosal ulceration and nausea.

Why mustn’t you give mifepristone and misoprostol to childbearing women?
A
You mustn’t give these medications due to the fact that they are also abortifacients (agents causing abortions). Mifepristone is giving orally followed at least 24 hours by misoprostol which is administered vaginally. It has an abortion rate exceeding 95%. In other words, it is contra-indicated in women of child-bearing age.
