Isoniazid: peripheral neuropathy (pyridoxine is given to prevent this), liver toxicity

Rifampicin: Liver toxicity, hepatic enzyme (p450) inducer, turns bodily fluids red/orange color.

Ethambutol: visual disturbance (color blindness, loss of acuity etc.) avoid in chronic kidney disease.

Pyrazinamide: liver toxicity
