A

Painless lumps in genitals or anal area

2-5mm may be slightly pigmented

Keratinised or non keratinised cauliflower like growths

if they want active treatment?

A

Podophyllotoxin : anti viral 1st line -> non keratinised multiple warts

Cryotherapy : freezing L nitrogen 1st line -> solitory nodule

Imiquimod : immune modifier to fight virus 2nd line
