Trade Shows

A

Generally, an exhibition organized so that companies in a specific industrcy can showcase and demonstrate their latest products and services, meet with industry partners and customers, study activities of rivals, and examine recent market trends and opportunities.

These are great opportunities for ST to meet with current and potential clients and pitch our product as well as connect prospects with current users of ST. We use these to gather feedback, gauge interest and share new updates and upcoming roadmap items.

Q

Vendor

A

Establishments that a client may purchase from or render services from, typically the former in our industry’s context. For example, an HVAC company may purchase all their screws, wrenches, etc. from Home Depot, their vendor.

Clients can manage their vendor purchases through Purchase Orders (see PO definition) in ST, which is essentially a bill to the client from the vendor for those purchases.
