They had well-planned cities, suggestion some form of central planning or government.

There were farmers, traders, and artisans. As for social classes, its hard to tell, but their cities suggest some form of social organization.
religion
They might have worshipped a mother Goddess and a male deity resembling Shivia.
major accomplishments
They built planned cities with advanced drainage systems, excelled in arts and crafts, and developed a system of weights and measures.

there were no specific leaders that we know of
military conflicts
Their cities lack fortifications and weapons weren’t common in the archaeological record.

They had a unique writing system found on seals and pottery, but it hasn’t been deciphered.
