The Yellow and Yangtze rivers were key for development. Also, they had mountains like the Himalayas, deserts like the Gobi, and the Pacific ocean coastline.
government structure
They had a centralized government, often ruled by an emperor. The government was organized into a hierarchy with officials appointed based on merit.
people (social classes, jobs, ect.)
It was divided into classes, with the emperor and nobility at the top. Below them were scholars, farmers, artisans, and merchants. Farmers and artisans were highly valued for their contributions.
religion
They had a rich spiritual life, they practiced fol religions, ancestor worship, Confucianism, Taoism, and later, Buddhism. Each had its own unique philosophies and rituals.
major accomplishments
They invented paper, gunpowder, the compass, and printing. They also built the Great Wall and the Terracotta Army.
important figures
This includes Confucius, who shaped Chinese philosophy, and Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of China who initiated the building of the Great Wall.
military conflicts
The Warring States period was a time of constant warfare among seven states. Then there was the Opium Wars against Britain.

Its also known for its art, including poetry, painting, calligraphy, and silk weaving.
