Counterstrain:
Absolute: absence of SD, Lack of consent
Relative: No voluntary relaxation, Severely Ill, Cervical Vertebral artery disease, an Severe osteoporosis

Contraindications:
Absolute: Rheum Arth, Downs, Spinal fracture, dislocation ,etc, an ankylosis/spondylosis w/ fusion, Surgical fusion, Vertebrobasilar insufficiency, Joint disease, and bone malignancy

Relative: Acute herniated disc, Radiculopathy, whiplash/muscle spasm, osteopenia, spondylosthesis, metabolic bone disease, and hyper mobility syndrome
