Periodically assess an officer’s performance
Ensure the ICCS is running properly
Determine whether the ICCS is being operated properly
Identify material that may be appropriate for training
Determine additional training needs that he/she feels appropriate
When should ICCS queries be forwarded to Professional Standards?
If an Informal Resolution has not been reached regarding conduct or complaint investigations, shall direct all requests and/or queries regarding the ICCS to Professional Standards
