Impulse control disorder
Recurrent outbursts and aggression that result in assault against people or property
Outbursts and aggression are out of proportion to the triggering event or stressor
each episode of explosive behavior often remits quickly and spontaneously often leaving patients feeling remorsful and distressed
Intermittent Explosive Disorder

insight oriented psychotherapy, behavior therapy such as systematic densensitization
