Q

What does CORMMSS stand for

A

Change (the different conditions you will expose your organism to. Independent variables)

Organism (What is the organism, how should it stay the same) Example: Same species, same age, same gender

Repeat (Say that you will repeat your experiment) Example: Repeat the experiment with different groups

Measurement (How you will measure your dependent variables)

Measurement (How long you will take the measurements for. Time intervals)

Same (What may affect you dependant variables which you must keep the same)
Same

Q

What does SLAAPUK stand for

A

Scale (must be linear. Cannot break scale)
Lines (dot to dot for line graph, or bars must not touch in bar graph)
Axis correct way around (Independent variable on X-Axis)
Axis must be labelled
Plots being in the right place
Units in axis labels
