What is criteria used for?
measurable qualities, skills, attributes or characteristics, knowledge, or health status

By authority, custom, or consent
When would you want to start patient evaluations?
As soon as possible before discharge.
If you wait till after discharge then there will be no time to modify the plan of intervention

confront the coworker

help colleague identify what went wrong, but make sure that the policies for documentation or facility rules are followed

Retrospective evaluation may use post discharge questionnaires, patient interviews after discharge,
