What does complement pathway do
CODD. Chemotaxis of neutrophils and macrophages, Opsonization, Degranulation of mast cells, direct lysis of bacteria
Classic Complement pathway
GM motors. IgG, IGM.
Alternative complment pathway
IgA and bacterial endotoxins.

Sends IL-1 to T helper cell. Then T-helper cell sends IL-2 to B cells to create Ab

Mediated by T killer cells.

Happens with Type 4 and T killer. SO small must bind protein for a reaction.
