Ignorance and want

A

Symbolic of the poor
More specifically the industrial poor who work away in factories struggling to make ends meet and so very often the victims of extreme deprivation
The fact that they have came from a ghost is symbolising how the poor had been forgotten, they have been neglected by the wider society
