MOSTLY IDIOPATHIC
- Age
- Male
- Connective tissue disease (scleroderma, rheumatoid disease)
- Drug reaction
- Post infection
- Asbestos

- Chronic SOB
- Cough
- Clubbing
- Crackles
Predisposes to lung cancer

A
Medical: - OAF oral anti fibrotic – slow down progression but does NOT stop it - palliative care Surgical: - Transplant
