What are PANS?
procedures drawn up for world use by the divisions and approved by the council.
What do PANS do?
They supplement the appropriate ANNEXS
More detailed than SARPS.
What are SUPPS?
Regional Supplementary Procedures
Do Regional Supplementary Procedures have the same status as SARPS or PANS?
No. They don’t have same status as SARPS and PANS are approved by the President of the council. Whilst, SUPPS are approved by the council.
SUPPS are recommended to contracting states only for applicable flight regions only.
What are the two types of EU Law?
Hard Law: Binding rules
Soft Law: non-binding Standards

Allows institutions to make a statement.
