Diphenhydramine Contraindications
1) work requiring mental & motor activity attention
2) Disease: asthma, peptic ulcer, urinary retention, hyperplasia, cardiovascular disease
3) Pharmacological incompatibility with drugs: anticonvulsant, antipsychotics, MAO inhibitors, agents for parkinson & diabetes, antidepresants

mecanism of action
Anti-inflammatory effect of H 1-antihistamine. H 1-antihistamines directly inhibit the action of histamine through H 1-receptors on neuron and small vessels.
