Step 1: Draw something on a piece of paper or anything that can be written on. You can get as creative as you want.

Step 2: Pass the drawing to each member of the family to add onto it.

A

Example: Daddy draws a circle on a piece of paper and gives it to Mommy. Mommy adds a simley face onto the circle.

Step 3: make sure each family member has added to the drawing.

A

Example: EVERYONE has added their own part to Daddy’s finished drawing.

Step 4: we should have 5 finished drawings/artwork at the end that were made by all of us. Nobody owns the art. I may start the drawing but after I pass it to someone else it is not mine anymore. It is all of ours.

TIP: be creative, think outside the box, make it as original as you want it to be. Explore what it means to draw and what to draw with and on. Keep in mind that we want the artwork to be useable so don’t cut it into pieces and glue it into a ball…that’s for another project :-) Got it?
