Insufficient fluid volume r/t haemorrhage
ineffective tissue perfusion r/t decreased venous return from blood loss
Assessments
ECG to monitor heart rhythm
Peripheral vascular assessment
GCS/AVUP
Interventions
Encourage fluid
if pt vomiting admin prescribed antiemetics
Locate and control source of bleeding, dress wounds
