Anaemia, bruising, myopathy, HTN, Oedema, Decreased urine OP, SOBOE

A
Usually caused by long term diseases such as high BP or diabetes

- Kidneys unable to secrete toxins r/t kidney function
- Decreased UO r/t poor GRF
