Aetiology

A

Usually caused by an event that leads to kidney malfunction
For example dehydration, loss of blood or injury

A

Excess fluid retention r/t acute kidney damage
Electrolyte imbalance r/t decreased urinary output
Risk of dehydration r/t increasing compensatory mechanism

Encourage food and fluids
