- if ineffective: - Glucagon - considered - acts on glycogen stores

25g/250ml titrated to BGL and GCS
100ml saline flush - Complex carbs
- Transport/ consider other management plan.

When can I leave an adult home after a hypo
A
- Consumed complex carbs
- Has a legitimate identifiable cause for the overdose/ hypo -
- Is a normally stable diabetic
- Suitable and stable accomodation
- Is currently stable
