  1. Oxygen 15lt nub
  2. Oral glucose if can cough - to effect 15g per tube
    - if ineffective:
  3. Glucagon - considered - acts on glycogen stores
    - promotes
    Glycogenolysis
    Gluconeogenesis
    -inhibits
    Glycogenesis
    -if ineffective
  4. IV glucose
    test patent vein
    25g/250ml titrated to BGL and GCS
    100ml saline flush
  5. Complex carbs
  6. Transport/ consider other management plan.

  2. Has a legitimate identifiable cause for the overdose/ hypo -
  3. Is a normally stable diabetic
  4. Suitable and stable accomodation
  5. Is currently stable
