A

Which in turn reduces canonic acid in levels
Increasing the blood pH and respiratory alkalosis

A

Tingling sensation in the mouth and extremities

How can we manage hyperventilation

A
  1. Remove stressor
  2. Move patient to a calm environment
  3. Coach patient into slow breathing
  4. Coach patient to breath through pursed lips
  5. Tell patients to breath through their nose to restrict airflow
  6. Offer patient a glass of water
