Q

Clinical pathological manifestation hypersensitivity 1?

A

Immediate phase : start in 5 to 30 minutes and last for 60 minutes proximally 1- vasodilation 2-vascular leakage 3-smooth muscle spasms Late phase: start after 2-8 hours and last for days 1- inflammation and tissue destruction due to cytokines

Q

Hypersensitivity 2 pathognisis

A

Ab bind to Ag that can be on cell surface of ECM or drug. Ab binding to Ag will lead to pathology in 3 ways. 1-opensention 2-inflammation 3-Ab mediated cellular destruction

Q

Hypersensitivity 4

A

It’s delayed type (takes 2-3 days ) of hypersensitivity mediated by T cells
