-Flaps>0 and Groundspeed greater than 50kts
When would ACMP 1&2 operate in flight?
engine or EDP FAIL

can we disable EDP by pushing out on the pb?
NO, this only shuts off the valve and isolates it from the system
What are some systems on HYD 2 that are not on HYD 1?
Nosewheel steering
Landing gear retract
Inboard brakes
What is the purpose of the PTU?
Transfers power from system 1 to be used on system 2 in the event of engine 2 failure or EDP failure.
What conditions must be met for the PTU to activate automatically?
Engine 2 fail or EDP fail
Gear not up
flaps not up
EDP1 NOT FAILed
Why is PTU still necessary if we have ACMP2?
to assist in gear retraction
ACMP is not strong enough
Why does ACMP 3B have AUTO?
Its a backup for ACMP3A
Why do HYD1 and 2 electric pumps have an ON?
to override system logic
