Why is control of human behavior important to instructors?
Behavior is the result of a person satisfying needs. When those needs are met the instructor can channel the student’s motivation towards learning skills through education, experience, practice and study.
Instructor is in an important position to help and influence the student towards reaching their goal.
What are the five basic human needs and how do they relate to behavior and learning?
