What is flight instructor’s responsibility when recommending student for a practical test?
Require student to thoroughly demonstrate the knowledge and skill level required for certificate or rating.
CFI endorsement verifies knowledge and performance and is held accountable and responsible.
FAA examiners and DPEs depend on CFIs to train according to standards.
