Head
The first part of a webpage’s code. Used to define title and tell crawlers certain things.
Body
The second part of a webpage’s code.This is what is displayed on the screen
Meta description tags
Found in the head part, these tags say what the webpage is about and are important for SEO
UTF8
A widely used type of character encoding that we need the feeds to be in
no index/nofollow
Found in the tag. This indicates that the owner of the website doesn’t want crawlers to index the content. Could be a clue that a portal has blocked our crawler.
noodp
Found in the tag within the tag of a website. This indicates that the owner of the website doesn’t want the page to be included in the open directory project
Breadcrumbs
A trail of links which leads logically from the homepage to the current page. Google likes these
ALT image attribute
If the image fails to load, this text is displayed to the user with a brief description of what the image is. Google likes these tags.
Deep Linking
Links to a specific URL within a web domain rather than the domain homepage. Mitula deep links to its partners’ detail pages. But Mitua doesn’t deep link to specific partner Apps or mobile URLs.
