Strategies

A
  1. Use price structure to clarify your advantage: the price
should be based on the value that the product delivers to the customer. Customers will recess the performance of the product based on the price.
  2. Wilfully overprice to stimulate curiosity: The customer is motivated to take a closer look at the product and pay attention to see which features justify that price.
  3. Partition prices to highlight overlook benefits: break a price into its component charges, to highlight dimensions
of differentiation that might otherwise go unnoticed
  4. Equalize price points to crystallize personal relevance: Present the customer several options at the same price, so that they can discover which option best suits their needs.
