What happens after the Third Reading?
The bill is sent to the Senate and the same process are repeated.
What is the first stage in making a law?
The Introduction and First Reading.
The title of the bill is read and printed and receives a number.
What does Amending Formula means?
It means that in order to change our constitution, the government needs 7 out of 10 provinces to agree.
Those 7 provinces need to have at least half of Canada’s population.
