1.5 oz sipsmith lemon drizzle gin
top with 1/2 bottle fever tree indian tonic
stir to combine

.25 oz cardamom syrup
1.5 oz fino
1.5 oz neversink apple aperitif
Stir up, N&N

Named for an apple variety that grows in upstate NY. Neversink is an New York state spirits company based in Port Chester

2 oz Ragtime Rye (will use Hudson do the Rye thing to start to use stock)

1/2 tsp jalapeno agave
1 oz cocchi americano
.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz Ayuuk (pasilla pepper spirit made by Empirical Spirits)
Stirred, served up in Nick & Nora
Garnish: dehydrated lemon wheel

1 dash angostura (adjust for Yari)
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz cinnamon syrup
2 oz Whiskey Biz batch (1 oz wild turkey rye + 1 oz ancho reyes)
shake, serve on house rock
Garnish: lemon wheel with ancho Chile sprinkle - dust the actual lemon wheel then place in drink so its nice and pretty and not a random dusting over the whole drink/rim of glass
