1.5 oz Amass Gin
Place garnish in wine glass, fill with kold draft, add batch, top with 1⁄2 bottle of tonic, gentle stir Garnish: fresh lime wheel & dehydrated orange wheel between ice and glass

1 dash orange bitters (2 yari)
.25 oz grapefruit juice
.25 oz Aperol
1.5 oz botanist
1/2 bottle elderflower tonic
Garnish grapefruit slice and lime wheel

.25oz Ancho Verde
.25oz Giffard Pamplemousse
1.5oz Greenhook Greensmith Old Tom Gin
Build in AP wine glass, fill with Kold Draft, tuck fresh and dehydrated lemon wheel in side of glass, top with ½ bottle of Fever Tree Indian Tonic
Garnish: NO STRAW

Cucumber Tonic
Build in wineglass over 5-6 KD
.25 oz lime
.25 oz jalapeno agave
2 oz G&T batch (1 oz st george chile + 1 oz Nikka coffey gin)
½ bottle cucumber tonic
Stir
Garnish: 2 cucumber wheel and 1 lemon wheel

1 oz dorothy parker
1 oz Fords sloe gin
1/2 bottle Fever tree Indian tonic
garnish 3 frozen blackberries on skewer

.25 oz rosemary syrup
.5 oz select aperitivo
1.5 oz sipsmith lemon drizzle gin
top with 1/2 bottle fever tree indian tonic
stir to combine
garnish with rosemary sprig thru lemon wheel

Build in shaker
2 cucumber slice
.25 oz lime juice
.25 oz strawberry syrup
2 oz Sipsmith strawberry smash
Shake, strain into Collins
Top with half tonic, half yuzu soda
Garnish: cucumber wheel & strawberry slice
