Shake first 3 ingredients, strain into a Rona coupe, top with Blanc de Blancs
Garnish: express lemon twist over the drink, manicure into a parallelogram and cut a 1-inch slit
lengthwise down the middle. Perch on rim of glass.

Prepare a cold Collins glass by adding 2 oz of Perrier. Whip shake, shake with ice. Strain cocktail into
glass slowly, top with more Perrier until the foam is flush with the top of the glass. Serve with straw on
the side.
Garnish: express and discard lemon twist
Note: Use a whole egg for a Golden Fizz and top with Champagne instead of Perrier for a Diamond
