A

Ran by Fridtjof and wanted to repatriate refugees of war:
-Freed 427,000 out of the 500,000 prisoners of war.
-Resettled 1.5million russian refugees
-Set up camps during wars between Greece and Turkey and destruction of the Ottoman Empire
-Introduced the ID Documents for refugees

Commissions Health success and what they wanted…

A

Wanted to improve access to healthcare globally:
-Helped Greece set up sickness benefits
-Supplied refugee camps with doctors
-Had a campaign to kill malaria and yellow fever mosquitoes
-Set up a Russian education system to prevent the spread of typhus

Commissions Slavery success and what they wanted…

A

The abolition of slavery in 1833 had done little globally, therefore they wanted to abolish slavery everywhere:
-In 1928 slavery was abolished in Sierra Leone freeing 200,000 slaves
