Goniometery

A

Start: Supine, hip and knee in anatomical, pelvis neutral
Stabilize: ipsilateral pelvis
N: 120 with knee flexed
Substitutions: posterior pelvic tilt, lumbar spine flex

Stabilize: Just above buttocks with arm
N: 30 with knee ext
Substitutions: Anterior pelvic tilt, lumbar ext

Start: Sitting, untested leg supported on stool.
Stabilize: PT - pelvis, patient - Hold edge of bed.
Palpate: illiopsoas
Substitutions: Abd, ER (sartorius)

Stabilize: PT - pelvis with knee behind back, support test leg.
