How do you stage on a high risk response?
Turn off lights/sirens several blocks away if possible
Stage in direction of travel approx 2 blocks away out of line of sight
Should you press the ARRIVE button when staged on a high risk response incident?
Only when your unit has ACTUALLY arrived at the address
As subsequent companies arrive in staging on a multiple company response, how do you notify the officer in charge of staging?
VERBALLY
How many companies respond once the scene is secure?
Only one. After first unit confirms safety, others can respond

- Radio report from Dispatch
