Special Characteristics:
Qing Huo and Du Huo both can expel wind-damp, disperse cold, and alleviate pain.
Qiang Huo is stronger in relieving exterior. Du Huo is stronger in expelling dampness, more used in wind-cold-damp Bi syndrome in the lower body

- Softens and transforms fish bones. Typically used for treating fish bones that have been lodged in the throat
- Also used for Pi syndrome in the middle jiao— oppressed sensation, bloating, distention, etc. typically in the middle jiao
