Vaccine within 12 hours of birth , 0.5 ml (10 mcg) IM thigh, Hepatitis B immune globulin (HBIG=. Hepatitis B immune globulin) < 1 hour , 200 IU IM , opposite thigh. repeat doses of vaccine at 1 and 6 months
