For attack:
Inhale O2 through non rebreather 100% at > 6L x 15 min
Or
Sumatriptan 6mg s/c
Maintenance:
Verapamil 80mg TID, get ECG first, 20 % will develop arrhythmia.

Concussion assessment & diagnostic test
A
loss LOC less than 30 min
Lack of memory for the events immediately before or after injury
Change in mental state
If any of those–> hospital
Assess: blood thinner? Why they fall?
- note: head does not have to hit anything to have concussion. Neck doesn’t have to have injury after either
CT head

Migraine maintenance treatment
A
Zolmitriptan 5mg for moderate- severe;
Naproxen 500mg for mild.
