tPA should not be given in cases of hemorrhagic stroke.

Systolic <140 mm Hg
Rapid reduction of blood pressure is essential.

What should be done if the patient is on anticoagulation?
A
Reverse anticoagulation (i.e., FFP for patients on warfarin)
