A

Majority genetic. Also congenital infections, preterm, hypoxia, hyperbilirubinaemia, head injuries, aminoglycosides, furosemide, neurodegeneration

A

Majority are otitis media with effusion. Also eustachian tube dysfunction (Down’s, cleft palate, Pierre-Robin, hypoplasia).
