A

Health Canada = Regulator
- Did the drug companies go through the correct procedures?
- Did the drug get a notice of compliance?
- Is the drug safe and effective?
–> Needs to be followed

Drug Agency = Oversights
- Is the drug cost effective?
- Should the drug be listed on a provinces? formulary
- How much should the drug be priced?
–> Just a suggestion, does not need to be followed
