What is an F10 form?
Used to notify Health and Safety Executive (HSE) of project
What to include within a F10 form?

Time Client gives Principle Contractor to plan and prepare

Number of people due onsite
When is an F10 form required?
When construction project is ‘notifiable’.
- last longer than 30 working days and more than 20 workers working at the same time at any point of the project
Or - exceed 500 person days i.e 1 person = 1 day, 25 day project with 2 people = 50 person-days
What is RIDDOR?
Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulation 2013
Responsible person must notify HSE of death, injury, diseases, dangerous occurrences, gas incidents
