States relationship between health and fitness

A

Ill health can negatively affect fitness- individual might not be well enough to train, therefore lowering fitness
Ill health may not affect fitness if the person is so well enough to train
Increase fitness can positively affect health and well-being - less likely to contract certain illnesses may feel more content and happy and enhance social well-being
Increase fitness cannot prevent you from suffering from mental or social ill health
